So I tried out Bella Serra’s Pinot Noir last night. Was not impressed. In fact, it was almost painful to drink. It had a watered-down flavor that would be unimaginable for a quality Pinot Noir. It was also extremely fruity, which isn’t necessarily bad. It was just unexpected.
The story on the back reads, ” The evening is a special time of day in Italy, when friends and family come together to enjoy the twilight with good food and wine. Crafted using grapes from generations-old vineyards, Bella Sera Wines are fruit forward, easy to enjoy and perfect for a “Bella Sera” – Italian for “beautiful evening.”
