When I began typing this review, I fully-intended to write a long, detailed post on a company called, Balsamiq Studios, LLC. They’re a small, bootstrapped company that does one thing extremely well: they create profoundly simple, but useful software. It’s what I call, web zero (like coke zero)–great taste (i.e. quality code), not diet (i.e. freeware) and not fattening (i.e. microsoft).
But writing a long review would be doing them a disservice.
Why?
Because their philosphy is founded on simplicity. Thus, I’m going to keep it simple and show you a video demonstration/review of the product.
The best part about their company: they don’t attempt to be something they’re not. They focus on what they’re good at.
Whether you’re a web designer or a tech-ignoramus, you’ll find their product, “Balsamiq Mockups,” quite useful. If you ever wanted to communicate your vision of a website to someone, then Balsamiq Mockups is your answer.
