		<description>Great post!  I need to implement several of these in my own life.  I particularly like the one about putting on your workout clothes first thing- that&#039;s a definite keeper.

Checking email only twice a day... not really feasible for me, as I&#039;m sure its not for many others who rely on that as a primary method for communication.  Great concept, just a bit tricky in implementation.  Working in remote locations is a definite though!  I don&#039;t know why you get so much more done, but I know that I definitely do. Its weird, but effective!
