I need to implement several of these in my own life. I particularly like the one about putting on your workout clothes first thing- that's a definite keeper. Checking email only twice a day... not really feasible for me, as I'm sure its not for many others who rely on that as a primary method for communication. Great concept, just a bit tricky in implementation. Working in remote locations is a definite though! I don't know why you get so much more done, but I know that I definitely do.
