I love the interface and the fact that it is free. It will compare you to other sites in terms of how you are doing in certain keywords. It is useful for knowing who your competitors are and to see if your SEO team is doing a good job. It might not be the best for all smaller websites unless your topic is really niche and you can get very specific. I hope there business model works for them because I can see this being a very valuable tool.
