Web 2.0, contrary to the thought of a few, is not dead.
We’re just seeing a different focus in web 2.0 lately. A shift towards change, towards purpose, towards hope.
And that’s the next wave of web 2.0 products we’ll see. A shift towards hope.
Hope-driven web 2.0 (“Web H2.0” for short, and pronounced “web H-two-oh) has gained a lot of recognition lately. We’ve seen it reflected in such companies as dailychallenge.org.
All of the Web H2.0 has been fueled mainly by google’s project “10th to the 100th”
Pretty cool. Great idea — using web 2.0 to enhance the lives of others.
We’ll see an onslaught of these selfess web 2.0 startups in the next year. I expect it to increase especially when Obama is running the country.
Anyways, should be a fun year for the web startup community!
